Booking flow

How direct booking works

Choose check-in and check-out on the live calendar. Blocked dates are already booked or held.

Pay a 25% deposit through Stripe. Your card is saved securely for the scheduled balance charges.

You'll get a confirmation email and pre-arrival details — plus a direct line if you need anything before you fly.

Payment schedule

At booking	25%	Deposit — confirms your dates
30 days before arrival	50%	Second payment — charged to your saved card
15 days before arrival	25%	Final balance — charged to your saved card

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

›Do I need an account to book?

No. Enter your details at checkout and you'll get an email confirmation with your booking code.

›Which currencies can I pay in?

US Dollars (USD) or Barbados Dollars (BDS). Choose above the calendar; Stripe handles the charge in your selected currency.

›What happens if a scheduled charge fails?

We'll email you right away with a link to update your card. Repeated failures may release your dates.

›Can I make changes after booking?
